Eddie has experience in various types of building alteration, repair and refurbishment projects undertaken by Sidleys. He is involved from concept design through to completion.

He has experience in liaising with both the design team and the client team to achieve a quality solution, ensuring the client’s requirements and expectations are met.

Relevant Experience

Eddie has worked on numerous residential and commercial building refurbishments in varying capacities. These include:

Contract Administration
Feasibility Studies
Concept Design and Development
Preparation of Schedule of Condition surveys
Execution of Detailed Measured Surveys
Obtaining Statutory Planning, Listed building and Building Regulation Consents

The majority of the work undertaken is on historic and listed buildings.

Personal Strengths

Eddie has a practical background having qualified as a joiner with Symm & Co in 2011. During his time at Symm & Co he gained site experience, working on prestigious private and commercial projects. This practical knowledge and experience is utilised in his current role, with particular emphasis at the design stage, ensuring pragmatic, achievable and cost efficient solutions. He joined the practice in 2015 and has since become an Associate member of the RICS.
